Supplements and Post-Effective Amendments. If requested by the ----------------------------------------- Holders of a majority in interest of the Registrable Securities to be sold, (i) promptly incorporate in a Prospectus supplement or post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement such information as the Company reasonably agrees should be included therein and (ii) make all required filings of such Prospectus supplement or such post-effective amendment as soon as practicable after the Company has received notification of the matters to be incorporated in such Prospectus supplement or post-effective amendment; provided, however, that the -------- ------- Company shall not be required to take any action pursuant to this Section 3(e) that would, in the written opinion of counsel for the Company (addressed to the Holder's Special Counsel), violate applicable law.
