Supplements. Upon the execution by any Subsidiary of the Company of a supplement hereto in form and substance satisfactory to the Applicable First Lien Agent and the Applicable Second Lien Agent, such Subsidiary shall be a party to this Agreement and shall be bound by the provisions hereof to the same extent as the Company and each Grantor are so bound.
