Common use of SUPPLETIVE PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

SUPPLETIVE PROVISIONS. The parties to these presents agree that the provisions presently in effect of the CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE OF QUEBEC shall receive suppletive application to any arbitration proceeding undertaken or held by virtue of the present agreement. In the event of a contradiction between the provisions of this Article 11 and the provisions of the aforementioned sections of the CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE OF QUEBEC, the provisions of this Article 11 shall have precedence.
