SUPPLETIVE PROVISIONS. The parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions presently in effect of the CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (Quebec) shall receive suppletive application to any arbitration proceeding undertaken or held by virtue of the present Agreement. In the event of a contradiction between the provisions of this Article 8 and the provisions of the aforementioned sections of the CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (Quebec), the provisions of this Article 8 shall have precedence.
