Supplier Access. The Included Solutions offered under this Agreement may be made available to any Participating Entity. Supplier understands that a Participating Entity’s use of this Agreement is at the Participating Entity’s sole convenience. Supplier will educate its sales and service forces about Sourcewell eligibility requirements and required documentation. Supplier will be responsible for ensuring sales are with Participating Entities.

Supplier Access. Supplier agrees to access and use the Data only --------------- as and to the extent necessary and appropriate for the performance of Supplier under this Agreement. Neither Supplier nor any of its employees, agents, consultants or assigns shall have any ownership or (except as set forth in the preceding sentence) usage rights in any of the Data in any form, including raw data, 97 stripped data, cumulated data, usage information, summary information and statistical information derived from or in connection with the Data.
Supplier Access. Ascension shall provide to Supplier access to the Applicable Platform databases to review, reconcile and validate the data used to populate the Operating Metrics Scorecard. Supplier will have the right to audit the Applicable Platform database. In the event the Supplier’s auditor requires information regarding or from the database or access to the database in connection with its audit related to Supplier’s financial or operating controls, Ascension shall reasonably cooperate with Supplier to secure that information for Supplier’s auditors. Any data or database deficiencies will be addressed by Ascension (on behalf of the applicable Eligible Medical Group) in a timely manner.
Supplier Access. 5.1. During the Term and subject to this Agreement, Connective will permit CFM and its Associate Members to submit Product applications to the applicable Supplier. 5.2. The right of CFM to lodge Products with a Supplier is subject to: (a) CFM and its Associate Members complying with the terms of this Agreement; (b) CFM or its Associate Members being accredited with that Supplier prior to completing an application with a client or conducting any Product interview; (c) compliance with Connective’s procedures as advised in the Policy Manual for notifying Connective that a Product application has been lodged; and (d) such additional accreditation requirements that Connective or a Supplier may require for CFM or an Associate Member to hold, as advised from time to time.

The user account will provide access for the user to: (A) Search for and view all the data in the Triangulation Service and (B) Search for an view only those records currently registered to that user in the „Meter Point, Supply Point & Asset Data‟ level through the „Meter Point Search‟ facility (Large Transporter data only) 7.2.2 Suppliers will be responsible for controlling their own security settings, with one user capable of controlling access to data by other users within the company.

Supplier Access. If Deere provides Supplier’s employees with access to Deere’s computer network (the “Network”) and Supplier’s employees are issued one or more Network identifications (“Network IDs”) and passwords in connection therewith, Supplier acknowledges and agrees that Supplier and its employees will be bound by the provisions of this section (Network Access). All references to Supplier in this section (Network Access) include Supplier’s employees. Supplier acknowledges and agrees that Supplier is jointly and severally liable for all of its employees’ obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, obligations under this section.

Any data or database deficiencies will be addressed by Eligible Recipient in a timely manner. e. Windfall Situations and Changes in the Environment. In the event that there is a Force Majeure Event, a material change in the environment in which the Eligible Recipients are operating their revenue cycles, or a material change in the laws and regulations that apply to Ascension Health, Supplier, or an individual Eligible Recipient which significantly impacts the economics of one or more of the Parties or frustrates the ability of a party to perform its obligations hereunder, through no fault of its own, the applicable Party shall have the right to request that the other Party or Parties consider a fair and appropriate adjustment to the Operating Metrics Scorecard. Upon such request, Supplier and Ascension Health will discuss the impact associated with the change in circumstance, with the outcome to equitably reflect the impact on the Operating Metrics Scorecard. Examples of material matters that could affect one or more metrics on the Operating Metrics Scorecard performance include, but are not limited to, the following:  Payor bankruptcies.  Delayed implementation of agreed to rates between insurance company and Eligible Recipient.  Payor initiated take backs and/or retrospective changes to previously adjudicated claims.  A pattern of services to patients for whom Eligible Recipient is not certified by a payor to xxxx for such services and thus not entitled to reimbursement.  Changes in accounting treatment (e.g., changes in netting policies on individual open patient accounts receivable balances).  Changes in Self-Pay Discounts and/or changes in Charity Policy.  Material shifts in gross charge pricing.  Material growth or decline in self pay population or patient residual balance after insurance.  Changes in accounts receivable write-off policies or Medicaid Pending aging policies  Changes in calculation method for bad debt reserve modeling.
