Common use of Supplier agrees that Buyer Clause in Contracts

Supplier agrees that Buyer. and Buyer’s customers may each inspect the performance of Supplier’s obligations under this Agreement or any Order. To the above extent Supplier shall enable Buyer, or Buyer’s customers (as applicable) to conduct inspection at its office or at the place where it performs the obligations under this Agreement or any Order, specifically by allowing Buyer’s and/or Buyer’s customers (as applicable), inspectors and persons authorized by the same to have access to premises, documents and information connected with performance of Supplier’s obligations and provide oral or written information to the persons performing the inspection.

Supplier agrees that Buyer. and BuyerXxxxx’s customers may each inspect the performance of Supplier’s obligations under this Agreement or any Order. To the above extent Supplier shall enable Buyer, or Buyer’s customers (as applicable) ), or regulatory authorities to conduct inspection at its office or at the place where it performs the obligations under this Agreement or any Order, specifically by allowing BuyerXxxxx’s and/or Buyer’s customers (as applicable), inspectors and persons authorized by the same to have access to premises, documents and information connected with performance of Supplier’s obligations and provide oral or written information to the persons performing the inspection.
