Common use of Supplier Consents Clause in Contracts

Supplier Consents. Supplier shall, at its cost and expense, obtain, maintain and comply with the Supplier Consents. In the event Supplier is unable to obtain a Supplier Consent, Supplier shall implement (at its own cost and expense), subject to Customer's prior approval, alternative approaches as reasonably necessary to provide the Services without such Supplier Consent.
