Supplier to manage Product recall. (1) Any decision relating to a recall of the goods (including any decision relating to the initiation or implementation of or strategy relating to a recall of the goods) will be made at the discretion of the Supplier or, where the Supplier is not the Sponsor, the Sponsor unless otherwise directed by a relevant regulatory authority.
