Supplier Violation or Breach of Contract Terms. For contract awards valued at or greater than the SAT, Xxxxx ISD must address administrative, contractual, or legal remedies in instances where contractors violate or breach contract terms, and provide for such sanctions and penalties as appropriate. The remedies under the contract are in addition to any other remedies that may be available under law or in equity.
