Common use of Supplier Warranties Clause in Contracts

Supplier Warranties. 9.1 The Supplier warrants that: (a) It is duly incorporated and the person signing this Agreement on behalf of the Supplier is duly authorised to do so and bind the Supplier to the Terms of this Agreement; (b) The Supplier is not in any litigation, employment dispute or any other dispute or issue which could affect its performance under this Agreement; and (c) It will make reasonable endeavours to maintain a good record of industrial relations and to preserve a constructive and co-operative working relationship with Staff and their bargaining agents throughout the Term of this Agreement (including during any renewed period).
