Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Warranties. For equipment, materials or Software with Supplier warranties longer than the applicable warranty period hereunder (and without intending to limit TSP’s warranty under this Contract with respect thereto), TSP shall assign such Supplier warranties to the Joint Board upon the expiration of the applicable warranty period hereunder.
