(“ISR”) entered into an Agreement No. on (the “Agreement”) for the supply of the System (the "System”): Now, we (“Guarantor”) hereby irrevocably Guarantee the immediate payment, on first demand, to ISR of the sum of Euro in the event that Supplier has not fully complied with all of its obligations under the Agreement, including its warranty obligations. This Guarantee shall be valid and remain in force for a period of sixty (60) days after the end of the Agreement Period as those terms are defined in the Agreement, or as otherwise extended in writing by ISR, Supplier and Guarantor, and may be drawn down by ISR on one or more occasions up to the aggregate amount referred to above. This Guarantee shall not be revocable by Guarantor or Supplier by notice or otherwise.
