Common use of Suppliers, Customers, Service Providers Clause in Contracts

Suppliers, Customers, Service Providers. During the Restricted Period, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, as employee, agent, consultant, stockholder, director, partner or in any other individual or representative capacity intentionally solicit or encourage any present or future customer, employee, consultant, service provider, stockholder, officer, director or supplier of or service provider to the Company to terminate or otherwise alter his, their or its relationship with the Company in a manner having an adverse effect on the Company or the Business.
