Common use of Supplier’s Industry Participation Plans Clause in Contracts

Supplier’s Industry Participation Plans. A Customer may, at the time of entering into a CA Memorandum, require the Supplier to complete an Employment Contribution Test template or prepare a Supplier’s Industry Participation Plan in accordance with the South Australian Industry Participation Policy and the Supplier must deliver to that Customer a copy of a completed Employment Contribution Test template or the Supplier’s Industry Participation Plan prepared in accordance with the South Australian Industry Participation Policy within 28 calendar days of date of that CA Memorandum.
