Supplier's Invoice. Supplier will invoice the lesser of the ------------------ amounts calculated in Sections 7.2.1 and 7.2.2, provided that if the amount calculated in Section 7.2.1 is less than the amount calculated in Section 7.2.3, Supplier shall invoice Buyer the amount calculated in Section 7.2.3. Supplier shall also include in its invoice the amounts calculated in Sections 7.2.5, 7.2.6 and 7.2.7. If the Delivered Amount exceeds the Supply Amount, Buyer shall not be obligated to pay for the excess amount. Buyer shall pay Supplier for the amounts invoiced pursuant to Section 7.2.6 upon Buyer's receipt of payment from ISA or Control Area Operator. Examples of this monthly invoice calculation (and annual true-up process) are contained in Exhibit C.
