Supplier’s Remote. Experts Support Attendance On-Site (P)
1. As part of the Warranty and Maintenance Services contract, and with no extra cost to IAA, the Supplier at its own expenses shall send its experts to the IAA premises for malfunctions investigation and handling in the following cases:
a. Critical malfunctions (as defined later in this chapter) – The Suppliers shall send its experts within no more than 48 hours counted from the opening of the event. The experts shall remain on-site until the resolution of the malfunction and full system operation.
b. Software updates and upgrades as a result of an urgent repair of the System malfunction.
2. In any case, the IAA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request a Supplier’s expert to come over to the IAA’s premises for the investigation and repair non critical malfunctions, consultancy, or specific events, during the term of the Warranty and Maintenance Services periods. The rates are depicted in the contracted BOQ. In addition, the Supplier’s experts may be invited by the IAA to perform changes and amendments to the System at the rates depicted in the contracted BOQ.
