The following suppliers’ representatives will be able to continue the work currently being provided: Greeting Card Companies, Books and Magazine suppliers.

In the event that Xxxxxx is replaced during the term of this agreement by the Employer the new company and their representatives will be covered by sub-article 20.01.

The Company agrees that for each individual violation of this clause it will pay a penalty of fifty ($50) dollars to the Sudbury Regional Cancer Research Centre in the name of the Union.

SUPPLIERS' REPRESENTATIVES. 21.01 No Suppliers' Representative except as set out in 21.03 below shall perform any routine manual store work except to inspect and rotate his products and check codes.
