SUPPLIERS' REPRESENTATIVES. 37.01 Suppliers' representatives will not be allowed to price products, replenish or stock shelves, other than the following:
1. rack jobbers;
2. prior to store opening and one (1) week thereafter;
3. during store remodelling (maximum one (1) week);
4. building of special promotional displays;
5. demonstrators;
6. checking code dating and rotating stock;
7. driver/salesmen;
8. Federated Co-operatives Limited Merchandise Representatives.
SUPPLIERS' REPRESENTATIVES. 4.01 Except prior to store opening and one (1) week thereafter, or during store remodeling to a maximum of one (1) week, suppliers' representatives, other than representatives of Chip Companies, Bread/Bakery Companies and Soft Drink Companies, will not price products in stores, or stock or replenish merchandise other than to rotate or check code dating on shelf stock. The following suppliers’ representatives will be able to continue the work currently being provided: Greeting Card Companies, Books and Magazine suppliers.
4.02 It is understood that the above will not apply to suppliers' representatives who are engaged in the erecting of special displays which require the assembling of a special stand, composed of cardboard, wood, metal, etc. The initial stocking shall be performed by an employee of the store.
SUPPLIERS' REPRESENTATIVES. Except prior to store opening and one (1) week thereafter, or during store remodeling to a maximum of one (1) week, suppliers’ representatives, other than rack jobbers, representatives of chip/salted snack companies and drink delivery people, will not price products in stores, or stock or replenish merchandise other than to rotate or check code dating on shelf stock or provide merchandising advice.
SUPPLIERS' REPRESENTATIVES. 14.01 Except as set out below, no Suppliers' Representative shall perform any routine manual store work.
SUPPLIERS' REPRESENTATIVES. 21.01 Except prior to store opening and one
(1) week thereafter, or during store remodelling to a maximum of one (1) week, supplier representatives will not stock or replenish merchandise. The following supplier’s representatives will be able to continue the work currently being provided: Greeting Card companies, Chip companies, Soft Drink Companies, Clip Strip Goods, Floral, and Books and Magazine suppliers.
21.02 It is understood that the above will not apply to supplier representatives who are engaged in the erecting of special displays which require the assembling of a special stand, composed of cardboard, wood, metal, etc. The initial stocking shall be performed by an employee of the store, directed by the supplier’s representative.
21.03 It is understood that from time to time suppliers will provide vendor assisted plan-o-gram resets in the stores. There shall be no reduction in the bargaining unit hours in the department as a result of these resets.
SUPPLIERS' REPRESENTATIVES. 20.01 Except prior to store opening and one (1) week thereafter, or during store remodeling to a maximum of one (1) week, suppliers' representatives, other than representatives of Chip Companies, Bread/Bakery Companies, Jacent supplied sections including clip strips, Tobacco Companies and Soft Drink Companies, will not price products in stores, or stock or replenish merchandise other than to rotate or check code dating on shelf stock. The following suppliers’ representatives will be able to continue the work currently being provided: Greeting Card Companies, Books and Magazine suppliers. In the event that Xxxxxx is replaced during the term of this agreement by the Employer the new company and their representatives will be covered by sub-article 20.01.
20.02 It is understood that the above will not apply to suppliers' representatives who are engaged in the erecting of special displays which require the assembling of a special stand, composed of cardboard, wood, metal, etc. The initial stocking shall be performed by an employee of the store, directed by the supplier's representative.
21.01 The Employer will give the Union and affected employees notice in the following events:
a) store closing - four (4) weeks
b) department closing or a full-time job becoming redundant - two (2) weeks
c) substantial alteration to a department - two (2) weeks
d) technological change - three (3) months
e) centralization of production - two (2) weeks.

Except prior to store opening and one (1) week thereafter, or during store remodeling to a maximum of one (1) week, suppliers' representatives, other than representatives of Chip Companies, Bread/Bakery Companies and Soft Drink Companies, will not price products in stores, or stock or replenish merchandise other than to rotate or check code dating on shelf stock. The following suppliers’ representatives will be able to continue the work currently being provided: Greeting Card Companies, Books and Magazine suppliers.
SUPPLIERS' REPRESENTATIVES. 13.01 Except as set out below, no Suppliers' Representative shall perform any routine manual store work. The Company agrees that for each individual violation of this clause it will pay a penalty of fifty ($50) dollars to the Sudbury Regional Cancer Research Centre in the name of the Union.
SUPPLIERS' REPRESENTATIVES. 21.01 No Suppliers' Representative except as set out in 21.03 below shall perform any routine manual store work except to inspect and rotate his products and check codes.
