Common use of Supplier’s termination of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Supplier’s termination of the Agreement. If the payment from the Buyer is delayed, and a period of 3 (three) months have lapsed after the Supplier's written notice of the delay, the Supplier may terminate the Agreement and claim interest in accordance with clause 11.
