Supply Chain Collaboration for Buyers Cloud Service. (“SCC for Buyers”). During the then-current Subscription Term for SCC for Buyers, SAP shall not charge any Customer suppliers transaction fees or annual membership fees related to Ariba Network Fulfill: Orders and Invoices service on the Ariba Network arising from their relationship or transactions between Customer and such suppliers originating through the SCC for Buyers.
