Common use of Supply Chain Representations Clause in Contracts

Supply Chain Representations. Manufacturer represents, warrants and covenants to Customer that: Manufacturer has reviewed its supply chain security procedures and that these procedures and their implementation are, and shall remain during the Term of this Agreement, in accordance with the importer security criteria set forth by the β€œC-TPAT.” Manufacturer represents and warrants that it has developed and implemented, or shall develop and implement within sixty (60) calendar days of its execution of this Agreement, procedures for periodically reviewing and, if necessary, improving its supply chain security procedures to assure compliance with C-TPAT minimum security criteria.
