Supply of Design and other documents by RTA. (a) RTA may provide the NOPs with Design and other documentation from time to time. (b) The NOPs will not use, copy or reproduce the Design or other documentation provided by RTA for any purpose other than for the Alliance Works. (c) The Design and other documentation provided by RTA will remain the property of RTA and will be returned by the NOPs to RTA if requested in writing by RTA.
