Common use of Supply of Milk conditional upon Organic Producer Certification Clause in Contracts

Supply of Milk conditional upon Organic Producer Certification. 4.2.1 The supply of Milk under this Agreement is conditional upon Supplier obtaining Organic Producer Certification before it begins to supply Organic Milk to ACM. 4.2.2 At all times during the Term, Supplier must maintain its Organic Producer Certification and must comply with the Organic Standards regarding the production and supply of Organic Milk. 4.2.3 If Supplier becomes aware, at any time during this Agreement, that its Organic Producer Certification has been cancelled, revoked, suspended or in any way downgraded, it must immediately inform ACM of this.
