Supply of Opioid Drugs and Antagonists. With respect to the supply of Bulk Dosage Form supplied by DURECT hereunder, DURECT agrees to obtain quantities of appropriate Opioid Drugs and Antagonists from one or more suppliers designated by PTI that it will require to fulfill its supply obligations hereunder. Any Opioid Drugs or Antagonists so obtained shall be used solely as set forth herein to supply PTI with its requirements of Bulk Dosage Form.
