Common use of Supply of Product for Distribution Clause in Contracts

Supply of Product for Distribution. IceCure shall supply or have supplied to Terumo, in accordance with the terms set forth in Section ‎6.3, and Terumo shall purchase from IceCure, Product for sale by Terumo or its Affiliates or Sub-Distributors in the Territory or the Limited Territory, subject to and under the provisions of this Agreement. Terumo shall purchase all such amounts of Product supplied by IceCure under the payment provisions of Section 6.3 and ‎Article 7.
