Common use of Supply of Products; Pricing Clause in Contracts

Supply of Products; Pricing. The Company will supply Distributor with the Products at the prices and on the payment terms listed on Schedule "B" or as otherwise may be mutually agreed between the Company and Distributor in writing. The Company requires a 100% Payment made for the Products prior to shipment. The Company may increase such prices upon sixty (60) days written notice to Distributor. The Company will use its commercially reasonable, good faith efforts to supply the Products in the quantities requested by Distributor and as promptly as commercially and reasonably practicable after an order is received from Distributor.
