Common use of Supply of Renewable Electricity Clause in Contracts

Supply of Renewable Electricity. (a) We will sell you electricity that is generated by the Electricity Supply Equipment in accordance with these terms and conditions. (b) These terms and conditions apply to the sale of electricity to all our customers who are party to our Standard Form Contract. (c) We can change the terms of this Contract in accordance with the Electricity Industry Xxx 0000 (WA). If these terms change and those changes are approved by the Economic Regulation Authority then your contract will be deemed to be amended to reflect these changes, and we do not require your consent to do this. Any changes will be published as required by the Economic Regulation Authority.
