Common use of Supply of replacement Definitive Notes Clause in Contracts

Supply of replacement Definitive Notes. The Issuer shall, where Definitive Notes have been issued, cause a sufficient quantity of additional Notes to be made available, upon request, to the Registrar for the purpose of issuing replacement Notes as provided in this Agreement.
