Common use of SUPPLY OF SERVICES AND PRICE Clause in Contracts

SUPPLY OF SERVICES AND PRICE. In consideration of payment by the Authority to the Contractor of the sum of £430,255.00 exclusive of Value Added Tax) (the “Contract Price”) and in accordance with (a) the Specification; (b) the Proposal; and (c) the Authority’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Services (the “Standard Terms”) (a copy of which were issued by the Authority with the Invitation to Tender and are attached at Schedule 3); the Contractor shall provide the Services described in the Specification and the Proposal to the Authority.

SUPPLY OF SERVICES AND PRICE. In consideration of payment by the Authority to the Contractor of the sum of £430,255.00 102,880 (exclusive of Value Added Tax) (the “‚Contract Price”Price‛) and in accordance with (a) the Specification; (b) the Proposal; and (c) the Authority’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Services (the “‚Standard Terms”Terms‛) (a copy of which were issued by the Authority with the Invitation to Tender and are attached at Schedule 3); ) the Contractor shall provide the Services described in the Specification and the Proposal to the Authority.

In consideration of payment by the Authority to the Contractor of the sum of £430,255.00 £ 25,780 (exclusive of Value Added Tax) (the “Contract Price”) and in accordance with (a) the Specification; (b) the Proposal; and (c) the Authority’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Services (the “Standard Terms”) (a copy of which were issued by the Authority with the Invitation to Tender and are attached at Schedule 3); the Contractor shall provide the Services described in the Specification and the Proposal to the Authority.

In consideration of payment by the Authority to the Contractor of the sum of £430,255.00 70,000 exclusive of Value Added Tax) Tax (the “Contract Price”) and in accordance with (a) the Specification; (b) the Proposal; and (c) the Authority’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Services (the “Standard Terms”) (a copy of which were issued by the Authority with the Invitation to Tender and are attached at Schedule 3); the Contractor shall provide the Services described in the Specification and the Proposal to the Authority.

SUPPLY OF SERVICES AND PRICE. In consideration of payment by the Authority to the Contractor of up to the sum of £430,255.00 £ 78,000 (exclusive of Value Added Tax) (the “Contract Price”) and in accordance with (a) the Specification; (b) the Proposal; and (c) the Authority’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Services (the “Standard Terms”) (a copy of which were issued by the Authority with the Invitation to Tender and are attached at Schedule 3); the Contractor shall provide the Services described in the Specification and the Proposal to the Authority.

SUPPLY OF SERVICES AND PRICE. In consideration of payment by the Authority to the Contractor of the sum of £430,255.00 £ 16,000 (exclusive of Value Added Tax) (the “Contract Price”) and in accordance with (a) the Specification; (b) the Proposal; and (c) the Authority’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Supplies/Services (the “Standard Terms”) (a copy of which were issued by the Authority with the Invitation to Tender and are attached at Schedule 3); the Contractor shall provide the Services described in the Specification and the Proposal and the Correspondence to the Authority.

SUPPLY OF SERVICES AND PRICE. In consideration of payment by the Authority to the Contractor of the sum of £430,255.00 28,600 (exclusive of Value Added Tax) (the “Contract Price”) and in accordance with (a) the Specification; (b) the Proposal; and (c) the Authority’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Services (the “Standard Terms”) (a copy of which were issued by the Authority with the Invitation to Tender and are attached at Schedule 3); the Contractor shall provide the Services described in the Specification and the Proposal to the Authority.

SUPPLY OF SERVICES AND PRICE. In consideration of payment by the Authority to the Contractor of the sum of £430,255.00 £ 286,000 (exclusive of Value Added Tax) (the “Contract Price”) and in accordance with (a) the Specification; (b) the Proposal; and (c) the Authority’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Services (the “Standard Terms”) (a copy of which were issued by the Authority with the Invitation to Tender and are attached at Schedule 3); and Schedule 4, the Correspondence the Contractor shall provide the Services described in the Specification Specification, the Proposal and the Proposal Correspondence to the Authority.

In consideration of payment by the Authority to the Contractor of the sum of £430,255.00 80,075 exclusive of Value Added Tax) (the “Contract Price”) and in accordance with (a) the Specification; (b) the Proposal; and (c) the Authority’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Services (the “Standard Terms”) (a copy of which were issued by the Authority with the Invitation to Tender and are attached at Schedule 3); and (d) the Correspondence the Contractor shall provide the Services described in the Specification Specification, the Proposal and the Proposal Correspondence to the Authority.
