Common use of SUPPLY OF SERVICES AND PRICE Clause in Contracts

SUPPLY OF SERVICES AND PRICE. 1.1 In consideration of payment by the Authority to the Contractor of the sum of £ [insert phase 1 price] (inclusive of Value Added Tax) (the “Contract Price”) and in accordance with the Authority’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Pre-Commercial Procurement (the “Standard Terms”) (a copy of which were issued by the Authority on [insert date] and are attached at Schedule 3), the Contractor shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specification and the Proposal.
