Common use of Supply of Services for Labor Clause in Contracts

Supply of Services for Labor. Contractor shall provide and maintain at the Job Site, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, such accommodations, services and amenities as necessary for all Labor employed for the purpose of or in connection with this Agreement, including all water supply (both for drinking and other purposes), electricity supply, sanitation, fire prevention and fire-fighting equipment, refuse disposal systems and other requirements in connection with such accommodations or amenities.
