Common use of Support and Funding Clause in Contracts

Support and Funding. Except as specifically set forth in Schedule 2.14(i) the Company has not sought, applied for or received any support, funding, resources or assistance from any federal, state, local or foreign governmental or quasi-governmental agency or funding source in connection with the Exploitation of the Products, the Internal Systems or any facilities or equipment used in connection therewith.

Support and Funding. Except as specifically set forth in Schedule 2.14(i) 2.13(j), none of the Company Entities has not sought, applied for or received any support, funding, resources or assistance from any federal, state, local local, or foreign governmental Governmental Authority or quasi-governmental agency Governmental Authority or funding source in connection with the Exploitation exploitation of the ProductsProducts or the Company Owned Intellectual Property and does not have a pending application or other request for any such support, the Internal Systems funding, resources, or any facilities or equipment used in connection therewithassistance.
