Common use of SUPPORT BY DYFLEXIS Clause in Contracts

SUPPORT BY DYFLEXIS. 10.1. Dyflexis offer support when supplying the Service in the form of telephone support, creating a connection to third-party software and other work activities which in the view of Dyflexis are supportive and can be performed rapidly and simply. Dyflexis has the right to charge additional costs for the respective work. Dyflexis will at all times send a quotation to the Client before commencing the work. 10.2. Dyflexis is entitled to decline to provide support to non-certified users. 10.3. Dyflexis will at all times notify the Client in writing of the costs of the Support prior to commencing the work.
