Support by Licensee Sample Clauses
The 'Support by Licensee' clause defines the responsibilities of the licensee to provide support for the licensed product or service. Support by Licensee. Licensee shall provide engineering support, photo masks and engineering wafers to support the performance of this Agreement by the parties, as more particularly described on Appendix G attached hereto.
