Common use of Support for Motions Clause in Contracts

Support for Motions. Each Investor hereby agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to (i) support approval of this Commitment Agreement, (ii) support approval of the Disclosure Documents, (iii) not, nor encourage any other person or entity to, delay, impede, appeal or take any other negative action, directly or indirectly, to interfere with, the approval of the Disclosure Documents, (iv) not commence any proceeding or prosecute, join in or otherwise support any objection to oppose or object to the Disclosure Documents, and (v) support any motion filed by the Company with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court seeking to extend the period during which only the Company may file or solicit acceptances for a plan of reorganization and, in each case, after the applicable Plan Support Agreement is approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, only for so long as its Plan Support Agreement has not been terminated in accordance with its terms.
