Support for the Combination Sample Clauses

Support for the Combination. The Parties shall seek to obtain required shareholder votes as promptly as reasonably practicable (taking into consideration legal, tax and accounting constraints), align their respective shareholder meeting dates to the maximum extent possible, and comply with the other undertakings set forth in Annex VI (Preparation of Prospectus and Other Filings). EPF/FFP, BPI and Dongfeng Motor, each in its capacity as a shareholder of PSA, and Exor, in its capacity as a shareholder of FCA, have each entered into a letter agreement with PSA or FCA, as applicable, setting forth certain undertakings by each such shareholder in connection with the Combination and the governance of DutchCo (each, a “Letter Agreement”).
