The Support Meetings clause establishes the requirement for regular meetings between the parties to discuss ongoing support matters related to the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency, format, and participants of such meetings, and may specify the topics to be covered, such as service performance, issue resolution, or upcoming changes. Its core practical function is to facilitate open communication and proactive management of support issues, ensuring that both parties remain aligned and can address concerns promptly.
Support Meetings. The Parties agree to meet at least one (1) time per each ninety (90) day period during the Term to jointly evaluate the support requirements and performance of the support function provided for hereunder by each Party. The time, place and attendees of such meetings must be mutually agreeable to each of the Parties. These support meetings may be cancelled or rescheduled with the mutual consent of both Parties. Any changes to the support function, and the terms that relate to such changes, agreed upon between the Parties will then become a part of this Agreement through amendment of the Agreement or through amendment of applicable exhibits or schedules hereto.
Support Meetings. Attendance is required for a minimum of (2) recovery based meetings per week (Outpatient / aftercare participation will count as one of the recovery based meetings). Tenants must obtain a sponsor / mentor within 2 weeks of admission. It is also expected that tenants actively work through their recovery goals with a Sponsor. Active recovery group participation must be verified to sober housing staff with a signed meeting card.

The individual and group meetings may include the following topics: - Employment and job readiness skills - Daily living skills - Financial literacy skills - Advocacy skills - Accessing community resources - Choices and consequences skills - Interpersonal skills - Computer skills - Plus continuing education, financial aid, training, and professional development

Public transportation will be utilized as much as possible. If not available, YFES will provide transportation to recreational events. ▪ Contractor will define skills based on the Step-TILP and meet monthly to chart progress on the TILP domains with each resident. They will experience the hands-on application of their Independent Living Program (ILP) training.
Support Meetings. The maximum number and frequency of regularly scheduled support meetings are dependent upon the purchased Support Tier. Each support meeting will be up to a maximum of 30 minutes in duration and will be scheduled at mutually agreeable recurring times. This meeting time can be rescheduled if both parties agree to a new time. During support meetings, Customer may demonstrate/report issues or ask general ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ usage questions.
a. Basic Package: Support meetings may be scheduled monthly, with no more than 12 meetings during the Term of this agreement. Deviations from the monthly schedule may occur upon agreement of both parties. One Kitware Paraview Developer will be in attendance at the meetings.
b. Enhanced Package: Support meetings may be scheduled weekly, with no more than 52 meetings during the Term of this agreement. Within the first two weeks of the Term Kitware will identify one Kitware Paraview Developer to serve as Kitware’s point of contact for technical matters (“Technical Point of Contact”). When available, the Technical Point of Contact will be the Kitware ParaView Developer present in the support meeting. If the Technical Point of Contact is not available, another Kitware ParaView Developer will attend that support meeting instead. While Kitware will make reasonable effort to keep the same Technical Point of Contact assigned to Customer throughout the term of the Agreement, it may become necessary to make a change to the assignment. Customer will be notified of any change to the Technical Point of Contact.
