Support of Share Exchange. Sellers shall exercise their rights as the shareholder of the Company in so far as it is able to consummate and procure the consummation of the Share Exchange and the Company shall use its best effort to cause and support the Sellers to consummate and precure the consummation of the Share Exchange.
