Support Options. If Licensee executed this Agreement as a commercial licensee not having the status of a Qualified Not-For-Profit or Qualified Individual, Licensee will be provided, during the Term of this Agreement and any extensions under Section 9.1, basic TCK support from Oracle under Oracle’s Master Support Agreement (“MSA”) at no additional charge, provided Licensee executes Oracle’s standard MSA, which is attached as Exhibit C to this Agreement. Qualified Not-For-Profits and Qualified Individuals may purchase basic TCK support from Oracle at an additional charge.
Support Options. If Licensee executed this Agreement as a commercial Licensee not having the status of a Qualified Not-For-Profit or Qualified Individual, Licensee is required to purchase at least one (1) year of basic TCK support from Oracle for a fee of $100,000 under Oracle’s Master Support Agreement (“MSA”). Oracle’s standard MSA is attached as Exhibit C to this Agreement.

Support Options. Standard or Premier
(a) ScienceLogic will provide Standard telephone support in Americas from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, and Standard telephone support for international customers from 1:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, excluding regularly scheduled holidays of ScienceLogic. Service requests transmitted during non-business hours shall be considered received by ScienceLogic on the next business day.
(b) Customer may choose to purchase optional 24/7 Premier after-hours break-fix support. If this support is purchased customer will have access to telephone support outside of the above hours. This after-hours support is to be used only in case of EM7 system failure that prevents the normal operation and/or use of EM7. If such Premier support is purchased, Customer will be provided a unique after-hours support identification number and phone system navigation number that should be used when requesting after-hours support.
Support Options. Customer may select from the following Software support purchase options: Gold (or Gold Plus) and Platinum (or Platinum Plus) support (“Service Type”), each providing different service coverage periods and/or service offerings, as specified herein (“Service Offerings”) and in the Kronos Support Service Policies (defined below). Customer must purchase the same Service Type for all of the Software specified on the Order Form, (however, if Customer is purchasing support services for Visionware Software, Customer may only purchase Gold Service Type for the Visionware Software). All Updates shall be provided via remote access.
Support Options. Vesper Marine shall provide general support to the Customer as set forth on the Maintenance and Support Services Agreement for the Customer's currently licensed System. In addition, Vesper Marine may offer premium support options to Customer at an additional charge.

Additional personalized technical, data, and tool support may be available from Brookes for a fee.
