Support Payment Conditions. Notwithstanding any other term or condition of this Agreement to the contrary, the Support Provider shall be obligated to make contributions of cash to Guarantor pursuant to this Agreement to enable Guarantor to pay any and all amounts of the Supported Debt due and payable pursuant to the terms and conditions of the ETP Retail Holdings Guarantee.
