Common use of Supporting Information Clause in Contracts

Supporting Information. Supporting information is information required by the Contract Documents or requested by County when reviewing a submittal that County determines is necessary to analyze and verify that the submittal conforms to the Contract Documents or will be needed by County to operate and maintain a manufactured product or system to be constructed as part of the work. D-BE shall submit supporting information for a system bound together and include information about all manufactured items for the system. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract Documents, supporting information shall comply with applicable requirements of the Specifications and shall include but not be limited to the following:
