Common use of Surety Bonds and Credit Clause in Contracts

Surety Bonds and Credit. Except as listed on Schedule 3.18, none of Seller or the Companies has any obligation to post any material surety bond, letter of credit, guarantee or other form of support (credit or otherwise) in respect of the Companies or their Business.
