Common use of Surety Collateral Returns Clause in Contracts

Surety Collateral Returns. (i) Any collateral returned or received by the Reorganized Debtors from or with respect to any surety bond issuer that has issued bonds in only one State will be paid into the Restricted Cash Reclamation Account of that State or otherwise dealt with in accordance with any applicable agreement among the Reorganized Debtors and such State.
