Common use of Surface Acreage Reports Clause in Contracts

Surface Acreage Reports. As soon as available and in any event within thirty (30) days after the last day of each calendar quarter, a report certified as true and complete in all material respects by a Responsible Officer, in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, setting forth as of the last Business Day of such calendar quarter an accounting of all surface acreage sold by the Borrower or any Guarantor, the gross and net proceeds received therefore and the amount of such proceeds distributed to the partners of Borrower.

As soon as available and in any event within thirty forty-five (3045) days after the last day of each calendar quarter, a report certified as true and complete in all material respects by a Responsible Officer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth as of the last Business Day of such calendar quarter an accounting of all surface acreage sold by the Borrower or any GuarantorCredit Party, the gross and net proceeds received therefore and the amount of such proceeds distributed to the partners of the Borrower.
