Surface Program Inventions. Surface shall be responsible, at its sole expense, to Prosecute all Program Patents directed to Surface Program Inventions but not falling within Program Antibody Patents or the Adimab Platform Technology Improvements (which, to avoid doubt, are both addressed above).
