Surrender; Entry by Lessor. If an Event of Default shall have occurred, whether or not this Lease has been terminated pursuant to Section 17.1, Lessee shall, if required by Lessor so to do, immediately surrender the Leased Property to Lessor and quit the same, and if permitted by applicable law, Lessor may enter upon and repossess the Leased Property by reasonable force, summary proceedings, ejectment or otherwise, and may remove Lessee and all other Persons and any and all personal property from the Leased Property. Lessor shall be under no liability for or by reason of any such entry, repossession or removal. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Lease to the contrary, Lessor agrees to comply with any forcible entry and detainer act prior to entering the Leased Property.
