Surrender Fees. No Company Employee Plan will be subject to any surrender fees or service fees upon termination other than the normal and reasonable administrative fees associated with the termination of benefit plans. Company will have no liability to any employee or to any organization or any other entity as a result of the termination of any employee leasing arrangement.
