Common use of Surrender for Registration of Transfer Clause in Contracts

Surrender for Registration of Transfer. Subject to the preceding paragraphs, upon surrender for registration of transfer of any Note at the office of the Registrar and, upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth below, the Issuer shall execute and the Global Agent shall authenticate and deliver, in the name of the designated transferee or transferees, a new Note of the same aggregate percentage interest and dated the date of authentication by the Global Agent. The Registrar shall maintain a record of any such transfer and deliver it to the Issuer upon request.
