Surrender of Debenture for Cancellation. If all or any portion of the Principal Sum due hereunder shall be paid under this Article 6 before the Expiry Date, the Holder shall surrender this Debenture for cancellation, and no Debenture shall be issued in substitution therefor for the portion of Principal Sum so redeemed.
