SURRENDER OF STORAGE AREA AND/OR COACHES OFFICE. On the last day of the term, or upon sooner termination of this Agreement, MCST shall peaceably and quietly leave, surrender and yield up to the City the Storage Area and/or Coaches Office with all structures, appurtenances, property, and fixtures in good order, condition, and repair, excepting reasonable use and were thereof. MCST shall remove all property of MCST from the Coaches Office and Storage Area and shall leave same in a broom clean condition.
