Common use of Surrender of Sublease Premises Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Sublease Premises. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, Subtenant shall surrender the Sublease Premises in the same condition as they were in on the Commencement Date, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

Surrender of Sublease Premises. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, Subtenant shall surrender the Sublease Premises in the same condition as they were in on the "Term Commencement Date" of the Master Lease, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
