Common use of Surrender of this Note Clause in Contracts

Surrender of this Note. If this Note is redeemed in full pursuant to this Section 4, the Holder shall deliver this Note (or comply with the Section 12(e) if this Note has been lost, stolen or mutilated) to the Company promptly following its receipt of the Holder Redemption Price.

Surrender of this Note. If this Note is redeemed in full pursuant to this Section 4SECTION 5, the Holder shall deliver this Note (or comply with the Section SECTION 12(e) if this Note has been lost, stolen or mutilated) to the Company promptly following its receipt of the Holder Change of Control Redemption Price.

If this Note is redeemed in full pursuant to this Section 4SECTION 3, the Holder shall deliver this Note (or comply with the Section SECTION 12(e) if this Note has been lost, stolen or mutilated) to the Company promptly following its receipt of the Holder Company Redemption PricePrice in connection with such redemption.

If this Note is redeemed in full pursuant to this Section 43, the Holder shall deliver this Note (or comply with the Section 12(e) if this Note has been lost, stolen or mutilated) to the Company promptly following its receipt of the Holder Company Redemption PricePrice in connection with such redemption.

Surrender of this Note. If this Note is redeemed in full pursuant to this Section SECTION 4, the Holder shall deliver this Note (or comply with the Section SECTION 12(e) if this Note has been lost, stolen or mutilated) to the Company promptly following its receipt of the Holder Redemption Price.
