Common use of Surrender of this Note Clause in Contracts

Surrender of this Note. If this Note is redeemed in full pursuant to this Section 3, the Holder shall deliver this Note (or comply with the Section 12(e) if this Note has been lost, stolen or mutilated) promptly following its receipt of the Company Redemption Price in connection with such redemption.
